Scanning ebook files
After scanning I see the books being processed but get nothing in the .MDB file and the counts show 0 books. I'm looking for .PDF and .CHM; I've selected both.
When I scan my full library with about 3,000 books, the scan takes a long time.
I'm on Win 7 RC build 7100.

Reeve, you need to save books after scanning by selecting them and clicking on "Save book to database" icon, because not all found files can be books, that you want to store in the database
> When I scan my full library with about 3,000 books, the scan takes a long time.
If you select to create previews and retrieve ISBN while scanning, the process can take a long time. That's why in such cases we recommend to scan several folders one by one and not all at once
I encourage you to add a SAVE button between STOP SCAN and CLOSE on the Scan for Books panel. It's not clear that you need to do an explicit save...which is another option you should consider. Also, it would be helpful to save the Extensions between scans. You should add .PPT, .PPTX and .DOCX to your standard extensions.
